No. All artwork, designs, and illustrations are the intellectual property of Dura Ki Hana and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any form without written permission. Are your paintings original or printed?Are your paintings original or printed? Yes — all paintings listed in the shop are original artworks by Dura Ki Hana, created in her studio using expressive, layered techniques. Any items adapted from the artworks (like scarves or cushion covers) are clearly marked as printed designs. What fabrics are used for your scarves and accessories? We use a curated range of fabrics including silk satin, modal cashmere, and durable textiles for home items — chosen for their luxurious texture, color vibrancy, and comfort. Do the colors look exactly like the pictures? While we do our best to present true-to-life photos, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the natural texture of the material. In person, the colors are often even richer and more nuanced. Are your cushions and home items machine washable? We recommend gentle hand washing or spot cleaning to preserve print vibrancy and fabric texture. Detailed care instructions are provided with each product.

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. Feel free to reach out if you have questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help. What should I do if my item arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Send clear photos of the item and packaging to our email or WhatsApp, and we’ll assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?Orders & Payment Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in process and we may not be able to accommodate changes. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Stripe payments (major credit/debit cards), PayPal, and bank transfers (local only). All transactions are processed securely. Will I receive an order confirmation or tracking number? Yes — once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you (where applicable).

This allows collectors to choose a framing style that suits their space. How should I care for my artwork? Keep the painting away from direct sunlight and humidity. Handle with clean hands, and frame with UV-protective glass if possible.
